My approach is rooted in observation rather than interruption. I focus on what unfolds naturally: the movement, the pauses, and the in-between moments that often become the most meaningful over time. Rather than directing every moment, I allow space for your day to breathe and unfold as it truly is.
This experience is designed to feel calm, intentional, and unhurried. From the way we communicate leading up to the wedding, to how the day itself is documented, the goal is always the same: to create an environment where you can be present, connected, and fully immersed in what's happening around you.
Every wedding looks different, and every couple moves through the day in their own way. My role is to support that rhythm, stepping in when guidance is needed and stepping back when it's not — so the story that's captured feels honest, grounded, and true to you.

Once you reach out, we begin the process together. This first step is about understanding your wedding, your priorities, and what matters most to you — not just the logistics, but the feeling you want the day to hold.
I take the time to read through every inquiry carefully. From there, I'll respond with next steps and additional information to help you decide if this feels like the right fit. This isn't about rushing into a booking, but about making sure we're aligned from the beginning.

After your inquiry, we'll connect on a call to talk through your vision in a relaxed, conversational way. This is a space to walk though your plans, your timeline, and any questions you may have, without pressure or expectation.
We'll talk about how your day is structured, what moments matter most to you, and how you want your wedding to feel. This conversation helps ensure that coverage is thoughtfully designed around your priorities, not a one-size-fits-all approach. By the end of the call, you should feel clear, comfortable, and confident moving forward.

Booking is finalized with a signed contract and deposit paid through your invoice. Once that's complete, your date is officially secured and planning begins.
From here on out, I'm fully invested in your wedding day. I'll be available to answer questions, offer guidance when helpful, and support the planning process as it unfolds.
This step marks the transition from inquiry to collaboration, where everything becomes more intentional and tailored to you.

Chad was an absolute angel to work with... he gave us such helpful tips for our session and positioned us for our shoot because we were completely inexperienced in the professional photo world. Our anniversary photos came out beautiful.

Your gallery is carefully curated and delivered within three weeks. You'll receive an online gallery where you can view, download, and share your images with family and friends.
Each photograph is edited with intention, ensuring consistency and care across the entire collection. The goal is not just to deliver images quickly, but to deliver work that feels thoughtful, cohesive, and lasting. Your gallery is designed to be returned to — not just immediately, but years from now.

I travel for my work
Weddings and sessions often take me beyond one place, and I’m always open to traveling wherever your story unfolds. If your plans take us somewhere new, I’m happy to talk through the details and make it work in a way that feels seamless.
What you wear matters — but it doesn’t have to be complicated
What you wear should feel like an extension of you and the setting you’re in. I photograph with movement in mind, so clothing that allows you to move freely tends to photograph beautifully. Once you’re booked, I’ll help you think through outfits that align with your location, vision, and the overall feel you’re drawn to.
The best experience starts with connection
I love connecting with my couples beyond emails and forms. Taking time to talk through your vision, priorities, and expectations helps everything feel more relaxed and natural. The best photos come from being present, trusting the process, and allowing yourselves to enjoy the moment.
Payment & booking
A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your date. Payment plans are available, and for weddings, flexible options like Affirm and Klarna are offered to make the process easier. The remaining balance is due by the time of your session or wedding day.
Weather & flexibility
I photograph in most conditions and often find that unexpected weather can add something special to your images. If conditions become extreme or unsafe, we’ll work together to reschedule for the next available date that works for both of us.
After the day is over
After your session or wedding, I carefully curate and edit your images to reflect the tone, emotion, and intention of the day. Your final gallery will be delivered through an online platform where you can view, download, and share your images with ease.
Editing & artistic vision
I don’t deliver raw, unedited images. Each photograph is edited by hand to ensure it reflects the quality, consistency, and artistic vision you see throughout my work.
Film photography
Film packages are available à la carte for weddings and couples sessions. With its soft grain and timeless feel, film offers a different texture and pace that complements digital coverage beautifully. If this is something you’re drawn to, I’m always happy to include it.
